I'm attempting (as time permits) to play Sid Meier's Railroads. As a big fan of Locomotion and to a lesser extent the Railroad Tycoon games, I'm hoping I'll really enjoy this game as well.

I've played EverQuest since May 1999 until August of 2006 (almost 8 years) but after 12 expansions at $40 a pop plus the $14.99 monthly fee I gave up on it.. And now there's been two more expansions since I quit.. Tried World of Warcraft for a bit but that got boring (and another monthly fee game).. So I went searching the web and came accross Acclaim's site.. Found 9Dragons and decided to try it out.. Other than that I don't play much of anything else unless I'm bored then I play internet reversi..

I mainly play 9D atm, but I used to spend a lot of time on Rappelz, before Gala-net demonstrated their incompetance and nerfed the game into oblivion. I still go back there about once a week to see friends, though, so I guess that's considered playing, as we dungeon grind...

I also fool around with Last Chaos a bit, and occasionally dust off my copy of "Emperor: Rise of the Middle Kingdom" for some city building fun.

I also played EQ for a long time (6+ years). I still have 4 active accounts only because I paid them for 2 year subs on each.

Sony Online Entertainment, who's customer service was already bad, has taken a turn for the worse in the last year. I thought it would get better with the new Producer, but it hasn't. With the nerf to alternate experience, total lack of testing prior to patches, class nerfs, items that have been bugged since conception and still not fixed, I've kind of taken a step back. Add to that the new TCG (trading card game) that is playable in EQ and EQ2, that pretty much put the final nail in the coffin. SOE has been against online sales of game items for real life cash for years. They have shunned mysupersales, playerauctions, yantis, and numerous other online sellers / plat sellers. Now SOE has taken a step with the new TCG to sell packs online for real life cash. There have been idiots spending thousands of dollars before the game even came out of beta. It went live on the 5th, so I expect they've made quite a pretty profit now that the other 98% of the players have access to it.

I play only 9Dragons now. My EQ accounts will expire and gather dust for eternity.

thaan spent about a year and a half on world of warcraft..went to Guild Wars..played it for a few weeks...wasnt a big fan..went back to wow... quit world of warcraft again...and enjoyed RL...decided to start playing it again..
(Playing a million games in between) but right now its 9dragons wow and 2moons... i dont play as much wow, i dont really want to get into a raiding game..want to be abit more casual..and 9d really allows me to do that..
